Have you noticed your social media feeds are full of influencers and supermodels sporting slicked-up, shiny brows? Have you tried to brush your brows up to achieve the look, only to have them fall back into place almost immediately? That’s because there is a special process needed to create these high-fashion brows; it’s called lamination. At Wink iBoutique in St. Louis, we are brow lamination experts.
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination is a process that smoothes out thinning eyebrow hair and gives it a bit of a vertical lift, leaving you with super-smooth eyebrows. Think of eyebrows with brow gel on them; that’s how laminated brows will always look.
How do I know if I’m a good candidate for brow lamination?
Eyebrow lamination is excellent for people dealing with gaps in their eyebrow hair, thinning, unruliness, or over-plucking their eyebrows. Brow lamination can also be used as an alternative to microblading. Brow lamination is a great solution for more pronounced brows for just about everybody. The only people we don’t recommend lamination for are people with very sparse eyebrow hair. Brow lamination works with what you’ve got, so you do need to have enough eyebrow hair to be lifted.
What are the benefits of brow lamination?
Brow lamination allows you to be in and out and achieve the brows you have always wanted in less than 60 minutes. Lamination hides small gaps in the eyebrows while also giving the illusion of significant hair growth. Brow lamination is a noninvasive, temporary, but impactful way to fix your brows without breaking the bank.
How does brow lamination work?
Wink Brow Lamination starts with a three-step lamination process. It can be applied to even the most stubborn brow hairs and realign the directional hair growth and overall shape of the brows. It will create the look of added volume and fullness by repositioning the brow hairs to fill sparse areas. We include brow tint and shaping to this service.
